A "Right Sized" Luxury Home in Indian Hill
With their children soon heading off to college, our clients envisioned a custom home for their new empty nester lifestyle. After purchasing a lot with a private pond in Indian Hill, Ohio, the couple contacted Hensley Homes. Our custom design puts everything they need on the main level: open great room, gourmet kitchen, bar, two home offices, laundry and a generous master suite.
When the kids are home or guests visit, the lower level offers a gracious area for entertaining, along with two bedroom suites and a home gym. Just outside, the fun continues around the pool or the outdoor living area that overlooks the pond in the distance. The homeowner's interior design makes this home both chic and welcoming.
